With the theme “Pioneer Spirit” the 2025 Youth Union - Student Association Training Program has come to an end, which marked an exciting, emotional, and challenging journey. More than just a training event, it was a meaningful experience that enhanced the qualities of potential leaders and showcased Van Hien's dynamic and pioneering spirit.
In the first sessions, participants were tested in a practical and creative learning environment. Topics such as “The art of public speaking” and “Designing mini games for event planning” provided useful knowledge and helped develop critical thinking, creativity, among other leadership qualities.
The training program not only focused on academic topics but also evolved into a journey through a field trip to Sac Forest in Can Gio District. During the field trip, the pioneer spirit was no longer just a slogan but was brought to life through real actions. In particular, the participants’ courage and teamwork are tested as a specific action to practice what they have learned.
The Teambuilding activities and the Gala Night were extremely emotional throughout the journey. With tightly held hands and eyes full of determination, a flame was lit in every heart: the flame of dedication, of youthful courage, and of unwavering will to serve, unburdened by fear of hardship.
The most important impact of the training program was helping change the students’ mindsets and enhance their confidence. The pioneer spirit is not just about standing out, but about having the courage to act for what is right - leading the way where no one has before.
We are VHUers, and proudly creating the image of a new generation, which is passionate in action, brave in thinking, and pioneering in contribution. We dare to innovate, to be different, and to take the first step, it is to create positive value for the community.
The 2025 training program will serve as a foundation for the “Pioneer Spirit” to grow even stronger in the future.
